Payment

On our website you can choose between these payment methods:
• Dankort/VISA-Dankort
• VISA
• VISA Electron
• MasterCard
• JCB
• MobilePay (in Denmark)

The payment will be debited from your creditcard once the package is sent.

All prices are in EUR and are including Danish VAT.

All transactions are made through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity.

Delivery
All packages are delivered with GLS. We will dispatch the order within 3 working days if all products are in stock. If you order a product that are not in stock, we aim to be able to ship it within two weeks.

Warranty

There is a two year warranty on on all our jewelry. The warranty covers faulty goods, such as material and production related product failures. The warranty does not cover damages caused by user error.

We will cover the return costs if the product is still covered by the warranty and the damages are due to the materials or production related failures. The product will be refunded once the goods have been returned to Charlie My Charlie.

Prior to returning your jewelry please send us an email on info@charliemycharlie.com, where you include the order number (found in the order confirmation email) and a short description of why you return the product. We want to learn from any mistake we make.

We take all complaints very serious, but if a complaint is not solved to your satisfaction, please contact the Consumer Centre in your respecitive country.

When returning a products purchased at a retail store:

The jewelry needs to be returned at the place of purchase – not directly to Charlie My Charlie.

Customer satisfaction
If you change your mind or are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, there is a 14 day cancellation policy for products purchased on our webshop. The start date is the date in which you have received your goods. The customer is responsible for costs associated with returning in the same condition as received.

Within the following 14 days, the goods need to have been returned to us. In an email to info@charliemycharlie.com please clearly state you wish to exercise your right to withdrawal along with the order number (found in your order confirmation email).

If the product has been worn, then it is considered used, which incurs that only part or none of the purchase price will be refunded. It will be decided on a case by case basis.
